For the purposes of our policies, ‘Website’ shall mean the website of Immuneel bearing the URL https://immuneel.com/ and other websites owned and run by the Company.

Candidates are strongly advised to refrain from making such payments to fake recruiters. Immuneel and its affiliates or subsidiaries will under no circumstances be liable for any kind of loss or damage suffered by the candidates in this regard. D. Miscellaneous

1. JURISDICTION

Immuneel generates and maintains this website from India and Laws of India shall exclusively apply in jurisdictional matters pertaining to this website without regard to conflict of law principles. The User hereby consents and submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka regarding any disputes arising out of or in connection with this website.

2. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The User agrees that any dispute arising out of or in relation to this website or policies shall be first attempted to be resolved amicably by mutual negotiations within thirty (30) days of first notice of the dispute being received by Immuneel, failing which such dispute shall be resolved by way of Arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The Arbitration shall be conducted in English at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, by a sole Arbitrator mutually appointed by the Parties. The decision of the Arbitrator shall be written, reasoned, final, and binding on the Parties, and judgment/ award may be entered in any jurisdictional court for execution.

3. COMPLIANCE WITH GDPR & CCPA

Immuneel shall be compliant with all the data protection regulations of the applicable jurisdiction as may be amended from time to time. Additionally, this website aims to stay compliant with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended from time to time.

As CCPA requires specific disclosures for each category of personal information that we collect, in addition to the aforementioned rights and information, California users and their authorised agents can request information about the types of information we collect or disclose about you, the categories of sources of such information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting your information, the categories of third parties we share or disclose your information, and the financial incentives that offered to you (if any).
